Learn Kinesiology

Whether you are new to holistic health, a seasoned practitioner looking to expand your skills, or a Foundation Certificate holder aiming for a Diploma, our accredited kinesiology courses are perfect for you.

Our Comprehensive Kinesiologist Training Programme

To become a certified Kinesiologist with us, practitioners go through a rigorous and in-depth training process. It begins with our Foundation course, a 12-day program that introduces them to the fundamentals of kinesiology, including understanding the body and restoring balance. This training equips you to support the health and well-being of others, whether they’re new to the field or already working in healthcare.

After the Foundation course, advance to our Diploma training, the highest level of kinesiology education we offer. This intensive programme spans 24 days of class training and coaching, usually spread over 12 weekends. In addition to classroom learning, practitioners complete 50 case studies, written assignments, and presentations. Knowledge and skills are then assessed by an Independent Assessor. Successfully completing this course qualifies you as professional Kinesiology Practitioners.

To maintain our high standards, all our Diploma Practitioners must also obtain:

  • An ITEC level 3 equivalent qualification in Anatomy and Physiology (A&P)

  • An ITEC level 3 equivalent qualification in Nutrition

  • A valid First Aid Certificate

Beyond initial qualification, our Kinesiologists are required to meet annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. Throughout their training and career, they have access to ongoing support from Tutors and experienced Professional Kinesiologists through private forums. This commitment to continuous learning ensures they stay at the forefront of the field.

This thorough and hands-on approach to training ensures that our practitioners are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and fully prepared to provide exceptional care.

– Accredited Excellence: Our Foundation and Diploma courses are accredited by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

– Innovative Techniques: Training incorporates methods from the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK) and other leading kinesiologists.

For students who have completed a Foundation-level Kinesiology course, the Diploma is the final step to becoming a professional Kinesiologist. Delivered over 12 weekends (or equivalent), this vocational training follows best practice and the developing Kinesiology National Occupational Standards (KNOS).

The course includes expert tuition in muscle testing and access to online business support, including one-to-one sessions with a business coach and guidance on creating simple promotional materials to help you build a sustainable clinic.

To become a registered Kinesiologist, you will also need:

  • ITEC Level 3 qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology and Nutrition (provided by recommended external suppliers; not included in the Diploma fee).

"After completing my Foundation modules 1-6, I decided to go on to do Module 7. I loved this module! I really think it’s a worthwhile offering from the KA for those who want to move forward after foundation. For me it was such a safe space to get clarity, ask questions and work on feeling confident. I’ve immersed myself in kinesiology over the last year, but mostly within my comfort zone, so my motivation to get out there has definitely increased after the two days. Yet again, I’ve been prompted to self reflect and grow personally"
