I am a holistic kinesiologist, and a qualified homeopath and naturopath, with a client-centred approach to wellbeing. I integrate kinesiology, homeopathy, bio-resonance, Reiki, iridology and nutritional support to gently address the root causes of imbalance, rather than simply managing symptoms.

My work supports people through physical, emotional and energetic challenges such as hormonal imbalances, stress and burnout, digestive issues, immune concerns and chronic conditions. I believe the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right support, and I tailor every session to the individual, meeting them exactly where they are.
