My Kinesiology journey began with being treated by a Kinesiologist in my late teens for hayfever, which to my immense relief – disappeared. Later on, when I was looking for an addition to my working life, this positive experience influenced my decision to become a Kinesiologist.
For over twenty years, I have had the privilege of helping other hayfever sufferers alongside people presenting problems such as stomach issues, bowel upsets, skin conditions, emotional concerns, aches and pains, hormone imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, food and other intolerances, sleep problems and headaches.
Kinesiology is an amazing modality to address the root causes of the issues rather than just treating the symptoms, and it’s rewarding making a difference to the quality of people’s lives.
