I am passionate about supporting people in their recovery and helping each individual reach their true potential what ever their challenge: whether it’s physical or mental health or within their life circumstances. I aim to restore harmony and peace in the self. I hold space and work like a team with my patients so they can find clarity and feel empowered.

My main modality is Kinesiology, which I have been practising for 20 years. From there, I then weave in and integrate my knowledge of nutrition, herbs and medicinal mushrooms; use Reiki to support and heal the body more deeply and my understanding of trauma to help hold, guide and release stress and trauma in a safe container.
