Kostas had a successful career in hospitality for 15 years and worked for companies such as Claridge’s, Rolls-Royce and Warner Bros.  After a serious health burnout, he left the industry and decided to follow his passion in holistic health, which led him to acquire over 30 qualifications.

For over 15 years, Kostas, together with his wife Lana, have been running Total Health Now Clinic©  in central London and online, which specialises in strong immunity, gut health, detox, weight and inch loss. His clinic has helped over 2000 clients to improve their health since 2009.

Kostas has spoken at events like “Mind-Body- Soul”, “VegFest“  and he was published on magazines like “Time & Leisure”, “Families”, “The Green Parent” as well as he has also co- authored two books.
