There was a time when I watched someone I loved navigate illness, sudden menopause, and the emotional weight of rebuilding her life.
That experience shaped everything I do today.
I learned early that medical treatment is powerful — but healing needs more than intervention alone. It needs nourishment, understanding, space, and support.
Over the past four decades, I have trained in Systematic Kinesiology, Functional Wellness, Nutrition for Health, Reflexology, and Coaching. But more importantly, I’ve spent years listening — to women, to patterns, and to the quiet language of the body.
I specialise in supporting peri-to-post-menopausal women who feel like their body has started speaking a different language.
