Hi! I'm Andrea.

Having experienced Kinesiology myself to support my own health issues, I was passionate to then train as a Kinesiologist myself!  I run busy clinics in both Sutton, South London, and Bracknell, Berkshire. 

Muscle response testing is a technique to identify imbalances within the body system. This is a great tool to support clients with digestive upsets, food sensitivities, hormone imbalances, skin issues, back pain, injuries , stress and many other health conditions. I provide an ear to listen, a gentle approach to support as well as recommendations to improve diet and lifestyle. 

I am also passionate about teaching both Foundation and Diploma courses in Bracknell, supporting students throughout their journey into Kinesiology! Whether you are interested in improving your own health and wellbeing or supporting clients or family members, the course is a fantastic insight into how the whole body can be balanced with simple lifestyle changes and techniques.
