Sarah Attwood is a Wellbeing Practitioner and Kinesiologist based in Jersey, Channel Islands. She supports busy, capable women who appear to be holding everything together but are quietly burning out underneath.
With over a decade of experience, Sarah works at the root of stress related symptoms including fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance and anxiety. Her approach integrates kinesiology, nutrition, mental health, counselling and positive psychology coaching, alongside lived experience of chronic illness and recovery.
Having rebuilt her own wellbeing after periods of being bedbound and reliant on a wheelchair, Sarah brings both clinical expertise and personal insight to her work. She takes a whole person, root cause approach, focusing on nervous system regulation, sustainable lifestyle change and addressing the patterns that contribute to overload and burnout.
Through one to one kinesiology sessions, integrated wellbeing programmes, group courses and workplace and education wellbeing support, Sarah guides clients from exhaustion, stress and disconnection to a place of calm, steady energy and resilience, so they can thrive with confidence in every part of life.
At the heart of her practice is a belief in the body’s innate wisdom and the importance of understanding the connection between stress and physical health.
