I discovered complementary therapies through a journey of self-exploration, healing, and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve learned how deeply our health, confidence, and sense of well-being are shaped by the way we think and perceive life. Preventive care and holistic wellness became central to my work, and as I supported others, I also developed greater resilience and self-awareness within myself.
A key focus of my career has been sharing knowledge and promoting a holistic approach that treats the mind, body, and emotions as an interconnected whole. With this vision, I founded The Therapies' Garden, where I spent 10 years working closely with children’s centres across Newham and Hackney.
Even after more than two decades in the field, my passion for learning continues to grow. I remain committed to deepening my understanding so I can better support the people I work with.
At the heart of my practice is the breath—a powerful bridge between body and mind. By connecting with the breath, I’ve learned how to access deeper layers of awareness, balance, and healing. This principle guides all the therapies I offer and continues to shape my approach to well-being.
