I came to Kinesiology through my own health journey in my early twenties and have continued to use it ever since. At the time, I was a secondary school languages teacher experiencing significant stress, alongside the onset of IBS. Kinesiology played a vital role in helping me manage both my stress levels and digestive health.
Several years later, as I began to consider a change in career, I wondered whether it might be possible to train as a kinesiologist myself. After two years of dedicated study and considerable hard work, I am now about to qualify.
Training in Kinesiology has been an incredible and deeply rewarding journey. It is a truly remarkable therapy with the ability to support and transform health in profound ways. I feel very fortunate to have found Kinesiology and am passionate about supporting others as they navigate their own health and wellbeing journeys.
