With over 20 years of hands-on experience working with the body, I have developed a deep understanding of how physical patterns, tension, and strain influence overall wellbeing. Over time, my practice has evolved into a whole-body approach, addressing not just physical symptoms but also emotional, nutritional and energetic challenges.
I support clients navigating stress, burnout, hormonal imbalances, digestive and immune concerns, and chronic conditions. I believe the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right support, and I work with each person exactly where they are, responding to what their system needs in the moment.
