Christiane McKenzie Dip.KA
Christiane is a practicing Kinesiologist, accredited tutor, and trustee of the Kinesiology Association. She has been running her clinic since 2014, supporting clients through a truly holistic approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand the deeper causes of imbalance.
Her journey into kinesiology began following her own transformative experience as a client, which sparked a passion to learn a therapy that could genuinely help people feel more balanced, understood, and in control of their wellbeing. Since then, she has continued to deepen her knowledge through ongoing study in complementary therapies, alongside a foundation in counselling skills.
Christiane is known for her warm, down-to-earth approach and her ability to create a space where people feel truly listened to. She brings clarity, compassion, and positive energy into every session, supporting clients to feel lighter, more at ease, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
Alongside her clinical work, Christiane is passionate about teaching. As a Kinesiology Association accredited tutor, she delivers Foundation and Diploma training in small, supportive groups, helping students build confidence, develop practical skills, and discover their own path within kinesiology. Her teaching style is friendly, encouraging, and grounded in real-world experience, empowering others to use kinesiology both personally and professionally.
She brings this same passion for helping students get the very most out of their training into her role as a trustee of the Kinesiology Association, where she is committed to supporting high standards in education and ensuring students feel encouraged, supported, and inspired throughout their learning journey.
Through both her clinic and her courses, Christiane is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, understand their health more deeply, and move towards a life that feels happier, calmer, and more balanced.
